Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists And Technicians

Prior to registration as a professional A.Sc.T. or C.Tech. in the Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists or Technicians (SASTT), applicants are required to successfully complete the Professional Practice Examination with a minimum passing mark of 80%.  The cost of the examination and required materials are included in the admission / assessment fees.  Upon receipt of the applicable fee, the exam and all materials required to prepare for the exam will be mailed to the applicant.

The objective of the Professional Practice Examination is to ensure applicants have an understanding of their professional ethical responsibilities, and the SASTT Act and Bylaws.
The exam will include questions on the following:

1. SASTT Act
2. SASTT Administrative and Regulatory Bylaws
3. SASTT Code of Ethics

This exam is not required for enrollment as an Associate Member.

The exam will not be returned to the applicant.
