SASTT members are responsible for obtaining appropriate and adequate liability insurance.  The member must clearly recognize that the affixing of any mark or device to work is generally perceived by the public to carry an added measure of guarantee and certainty.  Therefore, it is recommended, that the member possess adequate professional liability insurance as an integral component of using the professional seal.
