To all to whom these Presents shall come, GREETING:

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS Section 51 of The Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians Act, S.S. 1997, c.S-6.01 provides as follows:

"51 This Act comes into force on proclamation."

WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to fix a day on which sections 1 to 47 of The Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians Act shall come into force.

NOW KNOW YE, that by and with the advice of our Executive Council of Our Province, We do by these Presents proclaim Tuesday, October 20, 1998, as the day on which sections 1 to 47 of The Saskatchewan Applied Science Technologists and Technicians Act shall come into force.

OF ALL OF WHICH PRESENTS Our Loving Subjects of Our said Province and all others whom they may concern are hereby required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF we have caused the Great Seal of Our Province of Saskatchewan to be hereunto affixed.

WITNESS: Our right trusty and well beloved the Honourable John Edward Neil Wiebe, Lieutenant Governor of our Province of Saskatchewan.

AT OUR CAPITAL CITY OF REGINA, in Our said Province, this thirteenth day of October, in the year Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight and in the forty-seventh year of Our Reign.
